I am a WWE Network subscriber at Bell MTS and I cannot access the on demand features through the WWE app. After signing in to my WWE account and choosing my cable provider “ MTS “ , I sign in. After entering my account info I receive the message :
I have seen similar issues with other apps. The "solution" seems to be to try the login immediately a second time. It seems the first attempt hits an invalid web page. the second attempt is likely successful as the cookie it needs is there so it doesn't try the invalid web page again. Just a guess on my part.
I've been going back and forth with MTS through email claiming it was an MTS MyAccount login and password issue and i was told they've changed my MyAccount password. Then they wanted my WWE Network login credentials, even though we don't use the WWE Network account info.
Hi, Yes you need to have a WWE Network Subscription and you would use your MyAccount ID. However, we have noticed that this is an issue that has surfaced. We are aware of the issue and we are trying to get this addressed quickly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
