Just curios to know why all the wireless plans jumped up $5. The build your own plan, the starter plan went up from $20 to $25. Why so much!? That's a decent increase.... for no LTE-A, no wifi calling, no 700Mhz and a network that is still full of flaws and bugs, and customer service that is no help.

Hi guys! Sorry about the delay but I'm here to give you the lay down. It sounds like a lot of folks in this stream - really understand the change. That's great to see!

So, this change affects residential and small business customers who customize a MyPlan on a new activation or a hardware upgrade or a new month to month, 12/24 month contract.

Existing customers will not be affected by this price change unless they perform a hardware upgrade, so if you're on MyPlan right now you will keep that $20.00 starter plan until you decide to sign a new contract for a new phone.

Hope this helps clear up things. Please let me know if you have further questions.
