Wireless plan changes

I see you guys are now advertising the ability to change plans with in select plans and premium plans etc.   I recall in the past mts used to only allow changes on a per case basis?  when did you guys change this policy?  and how often do you allow customers to change plans?  Thanks

Thanks for the question! Yes we did recently change this policy on October 31st. 

If you signed up for service with a new phone after October 30, 2014, you received a discount on your phone based on the plan type you selected (Select Plan or Premium Plan). If you signed up for a plan in our Select Plan category (plans priced from $50.00 to $74.99) you are eligible to change to any other Select or Premium Plan. However, if you signed up for a plan in our Premium Plan category (plans priced over $75.00) you would have received a great discount on your new phone and as such are only able to switch to other plans within this category. We do not set a limit on the amount of times customers change their plans within their category.

We feel this new policy provides customers with much more flexibility in adjusting their plans after they have signed up. See the link below for a more visual breakdown on how these categories work!
