Wireless Data Overage Alert

Hi,

I have an LG G4 with unlimited data, but I got a popup from myaccount.mts.ca saying that I'm approaching $50 of data overage charges.  I don't know why I'm getting this popup, but when I checked how much data I have used, and I have used ~8GB of data.  If I'm going to get popups like this, then this whole 'unlimited data' thing is pointless.

Hi Shawn,
If you subscribe to flat rate data then you certainly shouldn't be getting that notice.  There could be something up on your account or with the way your device is connecting to data.  I highly recommend giving our tech support crew a call so they can investigate both, or if you like you can send your phone number and account number to community@mts.ca and I can at least have a quick look at your account.
