Hey Sandy,

At this point, we do not offer the ability to do a contract swap which is essentially what you're describing.

Is there a reason you're looking into this as a solution for something? Let me know, I'm sure we can come up with a better solution to help serve your needs.

Cheers,
Gillian
I would like to get my son a new phone on a new contract but keep his # and give his current phone to my husband on the old contract. IS there another way to do this?

Ah, ok Sandy! I see where you're going with this, but the answer remains the same - we're not able to process that specific transaction.

You are certainly able to upgrade your sons phone at any point, and pay the buyout costs associated with his contract in order to get him a new phone. You would then be able to take the hardware he is using now; and activate it on a month to month agreement with a new number for your husband.

Cheers,
Gillian
Thanks
