Will not send you an actual final bill. Messed up my credit.

I cancelled my mts internet/TV account due to constant incorrect billing. MTS sends me a bill of over $600.00. OKAY they clearly must not have processed the equipment I returned. So I wait a month for an actual final bill of what I do owe and instead of getting a bill I get a letter from collections. (Bill was adjusted and under 100). And now this will probably affect my credit. Thanks So much MTS. You could have just sent me a bill of the correct amount I owed and that would have been that. Called customer service and they were not very nice about it either. So just be aware that if you decide to cancel they will take you to collections within the blink of an eye.
