Why would my buzzer which is connected to my MTS phone be intermittent? There haven't been any other complaints in my building.

Hi Shauna,
There are a few reasons this could be occurring.  The trouble could be related to your phone line directly or it could be an issue with the enterphone system within your building connecting to your phone.  The best way to determine which is to see if you are experiencing any troubles with your phone itself.  What you would be looking for specifically would be static on the line, dropped calls or reports of missed calls, where someone tried to call you but it never rang in your home.  If you have any of these types of troubles contact our Technical Support group right away and we can have the issue investigated for you.  If none of these issues are occurring then there is a good chance the issue lies with the enterphone system itself and you would want to bring this up with your landlord.
