home phone died last week.  Came back before call back received.  Yesterday land lines crapped out just before midnight..  Repair made scheduled appointment for the 28th  over 48 hours later. The we lost TV and Internet as well.  Can't do anything until the 28th.  Was suggested that we add data to my phone along with a personal hot spot so our daughter who communicates and learns through the internet on her tablet.  Now why does it take 48 hours for someone to check the error in the cabinet?  Beside the 48 minute hold time to speak to someone  is everyone on holidays?, is your infrastructure failing that rapidly?  Are you not hiring enough staff to meet the needs of your customers? And more importantly why is my landline tied to my router.  Guess it is a great potential 72 hours to watch the pretty lights flash on the gateway. Seriously not impressed with service times.

Hello Sandra,

We would like to assist if we can. Could you send us an email with your home phone number and service address to community@mts.ca so we can get this looked into for you?

Thank you,
