Why is my internet and 3g being interrupted when my rural area is not receiving or plan to receive any network upgrades.

I was wondering, if my rural area will not receive no upgrades to net speeds nor 4g, why in the heck am i having to be disrupted by bad 3g and annoying net disconnections. It's been mentioned before that powerview/pinfalls/sagkeeng area is of no importance to receive network upgrades, than why am i constantly getting slow 3g speeds with "unlimited plan" and some kind of false "lightning speed" (3MB) Sometimes i wish there was an actually governing body that would act by slapping companies with fines like the FCC did with Comcast and time warners false claims and throttling.

According to MTS's own  coverage maps, Pine Falls/ Powerview, and the entire Winnipeg River system is supposed to have complete 4G coverage.

As to the slow speeds, I suspect that the towers are severely under-powered and congested. Most rural areas suffer this same problem.

Yes, I have to admire the US for there no nonsense approach in dealing with this matter-
"Unlimited means Unlimited".

The governing bodies in this country are the CRTC, the CCTS, and Competition Bureau.
