why is it not possible to just order phones online?

I can't get the phone I want anywhere near me yet you prominently show it on your store page. Both stores I called said they had no stock of them and they could not order them in. Why is it so damn difficult to just let me order the phone through the online store. Pay through my mts account and be done with it. I do not see the reasons why I have to bloody go to your physical stores for this dumb stuff.

What phone are you looking to get?  It might help posting the model as it would allow the BellMTS mods here to check and see what the stock level status is and if they have a ETA on the next shipment coming in.

If the stores are unable to order them in, it might be an out of stock issue which would not be any different if you had the ability to order online.  If they are out they would be out in all distribution channels.

Hey there,

As of right now - unfortunately we do not have the option to order handsets online through our MyAccount service. The system is being updated and I don't have a date that it will be launched again, but can certainly provide the feedback that it would be some customer's preference to be able to purchase online vs going to a physical store.

I apologize for the inconvenience Daniel, which stores did you reach out? Perhaps I can check in with our handset team to see if we're able to see what stores do have your desired handsets.
