Why doesn't Netflix work well on MTS?

Netflix stutters the picture, sometimes the sound while using MTS. Don't have this problem when I am on Shaw. Never did when I was with Shaw. Go to a friends house who has shaw and guess what works with my laptop? Netflix. Come home. Guess what doesn't. Netflix. Not wirelessly and not cabled to the modem. 

I'm so annoyed. What's the cancellation policy like? I mean since I might as well call Shaw and find out when I can get their service, I wanna know how much I have to pay to get rid of your crappy service. 

No, I am not running anything else. No other browsers, programs etc. Not that any of that matters when I am using a shaw wi-fi connection.....
