First I was charged (2 months in a row) for data usage on my smartphone, which I do not use, most of my time is spent between school and home, both wifi areas. Now my dad is getting charged for mobile web surfing, on a flip phone, he barely uses the home computer. My problem was from a "data spike", when are you going to fix this "data spike" issue MTS?! I'm sick and tired of being charged for services I did not use! I had to upgrade my smartphone plan as I was getting charged for using 4GB of data in a month! The kicker, every bill thereafter I barely broke 100MB of data usage..I guess mission accomplished on the up sell.
