I use Internet at home a lot. I just bought a second hand cellphone and aside from the shopping malls that have free Internet, I expect to use LTE a lot. As for minutes, I used to use about 150 minutes per month.
Hi Leo: To be honest I would go to the build your own plan site (https://buildmyplan.bellmts.ca/) and play around with the different options to see what fits your budget and needs.
Just doing a quick calculation on that site with the information you provided shows that using your own phone, unlimited Manitoba data and the default 200 prime voice minutes (Evenings/weekends no charge) would come in around $65 plus taxes. IF you only wanted 10GB of data you could save $5 a month.
Just keep in mind that BellMTS has afair usage policy and even though you buy the unlimited plan you will see a reduced speed at the 15GB usage mark until the end of your billing cycle and then the speed limit is removed. Unlimited just means that you don't pay the data overage charge ($5 per 100 MB) if you went over the plan limit its not unlimited speed.
