How come the device balance is not on MyAccount app/page. I feel that both need a new overhaul to make the customer experience even better!

I don't think that device balance even shows on the paper / electronic bill so that may be another place to have it shown.

If its going to be done it should be on all platforms.

Exactly. It's not very transparent of MTS not to show that to customers without having to call in. Customers should be able to view anytime they want to, even showing how much time on a contract should be more visible. Also feature add or changes and plan changes should be available on selfserve vs having to call in/visit a store.
