Taking a guess, when you see the TCC-3012 error does the full text include HDCP? If so that means the handshake from the box to the next device in your chain via HDMI has failed. Ensure that nothing is being recorded at the time and then hold the power button down for five seconds. This will force the box to reboot.
If this does not resolve the issue could someone please either take a screenshot of the error with your smartphone and share it or write out the full text of the error message?
When I saw this posting last night I could log in but not see what I had for devices on my TV account. After 9pm that problem cleared up so that leads me to think overload.
