Web Chat Offline?

Its Tuesday at 6:50 PM and the MTS website is saying web chat offline when I go to click to open the web chat.

Het Dan, I just clicked on at at 7:19 pm and it appears to be accessible to me.  Wonder if all the reps were on active sessions / stacked chat so the system shows offline until the backlog clears.

Could be right Clifford Lewis, I just checked again though 8:15 PM and still says offline for me.

Anyone wanting to reach a representative via web chat should also check the hours that department is online for web chat.
