Hey Everyone,

Since we’re a new online Community, we’d like to get to know you all a little better.
Who has an opinion on the future of wearable tech? Are you fans, are they just fads...let us know what you think.

Of all the potential wearable technologies out there – what are you most interested in?
How would you use it? How would it change your day-to-day life? Do you own and use any today?

Here are some interesting ideas we found online – but they are just a sample, so give us your thoughts!

Wearable Solar uses flexible solar panels in clothing, designed to help you power your electronics.
• Smart socks from Sensoria  - pairs your smart socks up with a specialized anklet to track activity levels.
• MICA – a smart bracelet from Intel. Get alerts and notifications, like SMS messaging, calendar reminders, and messages sent directly to your bracelet.

• Smart Watches – too many types to list – would you wear one?

Looking forward to reading your opinions & thoughts!

not sure I'd wear them.  watches and bracelets are too small for my older eyes to read and I don't know if I have an opinion yet about the solar panels in clothes.  don't know all the wearable technology available now or soon yet.
