Video on Demand Problems

Does anyone else have problems playing Movie Central on Demand or Superchannel on Demand. Any time I try and watch I have audio problems and resetting the box does not work. I've finally just cancelled the channels since the on demand does not work and MTS will not offer any of the streaming apps.

Hi Ashley,
Sorry to hear you've been having such issues with these features, I know there is some great content on there and having them not work can be very annoying.  Have you tried any other On Demand content?  We have some free options that you can test with to see if you have the same issue.  This would help narrow down the potential issue if all On Demand content was affected or if it was just those specific ones.  As for the streaming apps we do have the Movie Central on Demand available through our MTS TV to Go app which is free to all Movie Central subscribers.
