Use of the Rogers-EXT coverage

It's no secret MTS uses the Rogers network while roaming in Canada, as well MTS uses the SaskTel and TbayTel cellular networks. In parts of Alberta, BC, and the territories, Rogers now has extended coverage (Rogers-EXT) by using the Bell/Telus network. Since Rogers is MTS's roaming partner through majority of Canada, does MTS also get to take advantage of the Rogers-EXT network? This would be only fair seeing that Bell/Telus get to use the MTS network (EXT) in Manitoba where they do not have their own network, for example in Northern Manitoba.

Official Response
Hi Dan,
Roaming agreements are complex and vary between carriers.  MTS does not automatically assume extended coverage based on Roger’s roaming agreements throughout Canada based on our unique network agreement in Manitoba.
I hope this answers your question!
