up grade needed ASAP.

i have a samsung s4. i need an upgrade. it is NOT working the way it should be. i have tried everything to fix it and nothing is working. I cannot even get it to stay charging when it is plugged in. i have used over 10 different chargers and none of them work. i have 9 months left in my contract (my husband and i are both on the same contract and his phone is just as bad as mine) i NEED my phone for work purposes. something needs to be done or my only other option will be to switch wireless service. my husband and i are extremely frustrated.

Hey Andria,
I feel your pain, I used to have a Samsung S3 that did the same thing.  In my case I was able to replace the battery and problem was solved.  I'm not saying this is your only option, that is just what worked for me.  Depending on your plan and when you signed your contract you may have some options.  As you may or may not have heard 3 year contracts were all "dissolved" for lack of a better term, and if you are currently on one you can upgrade now with no penalty.  If however you only signed a 2 year contract then your options for an upgrade may be to buy out the remainder of your contract.  I would suggest either calling, chatting in, or even visiting one of our friendly connect stores to explore your options.  I certain we can help you resolve what I know is an extremely frustrating situation.
