Unanswered questions from mts

Since the storm we had May 14, 2015 - my internet line and landline, which is our business line!! (two different numbers) are down... They said it would take "days" to fix.. Now we are past two weeks and they still won't even give me a ballpark time as to when they will be able to fix.
