unacceptable DSL service

We live in Niverville, and since they initiated this new Fion thing , we have not been able to watch more than 20 minutes of a tv show before it stops and will not let us watch any more. Can't afford to upgrade, so would appreciate acceptable service for what I'm already paying.

Hi Earl, for whatever reason it is like a true neighborhood here tonight.

I was chatting with Sandra who is a few streets away from me and now a question from Niverville where I spent my teenage years. (You can find my goofy pic on the walls of Niverville Collegiate - Class of 1987)

Sorry you are having issues with your internet connection. I wouldn't mind hearing a bit more about your experience.

When you say you are watching TV, I will assume you mean Netflix or something like that through your internet connection?

When you say that it stops - essentially it slows down so much that it is unwatchable - in other words your internet is so slow it can't properly stream video?

I do have some thoughts on what could be happening - I would though like to get some technical people engaged next week though. Can you please send your address and phone number to community@mts.ca and we can look further and see what can be done.

Upgrading to a higher speed plan or even FiON could be an option but let's get that info from you first.
