Are you on an Apple device?  IF so, I wonder if you are picking up the US Apple store and not the Canadian one.

If that has happened Apple has instructions here on how to change to the Canadian Store.

Hello Andrew,

To clarify, you're using the web based application on your mobile device through this link www.mts.ca/myaccount.?

Instructions on accessing the PVR settings are here.

Where are you attempting to access the MyPVR from? Let us know and we can find you answers.

Hi Andrew

If you are trying to download the MTS MyAccount app from the app store while you are in the US, follow Clifford's instructions.  Yes this app will connect you with the MyPVR page, but as Tennille indicted, you can access and manage your PVR from the web without that app.

The PVR is managed through a web portal and not actually through the app.  the app is just a simple way to access MyAccount features without using a web browser, but you can definitely still get in through a web browser even if you are in the US.

If you are still having problems accessing myPVR through the mts.ca website please let us know.

Did you try accessing the MyPVR via the link above?
We don't yet have a dedicated app to the MyPVR,The PVR is managed through a web portal and not actually through the app.
I hope that helps!

Just a thought. But MTS should release a dedicated app to access pvr functions

Hi Gordon,  this was a consideration when we were first developing MyPVR, but went with a web based solution to ensure that any device can access the PVR.

Dustin,

The peel remote is pretty nice, I used it for a while myself.

If you have an iOS device, we have an app that you can use to control your TV.  It is called BuddyTV for MTS.  it is available from the Apple App store.

It is not yet available for Android, but the vendor is working on an Android version.

If you have a new Android phone with the built in IR blaster, there is an app on your phone by default that you can pair to the MTS setup box like the Peel.
