Hi there,
I don’t see Total Internet anymore on the website. Has it been discountinued? If so why? It has been one of the best features MTS has ever brought out.

Thanks,
Gordon

Hi Gordon,

Good to hear from you!

Our Total Internet product is no longer available for new households. However, customers who are currently on Total Internet can continued to add up to five members to their plan.

Thanks,
Gillian

That’s cool Gillian, do you know why it was discountinued? It seemed like a good product. And do you know how long it will be supported for current members?

Thanks!

Unfortunately, I'm not able to speak to the 'why' behind the change. I can assure you that any change of this nature is throughly investigated prior to making the decision to remove it from our offerings.

When it comes to 'how long' it'll be supported for current subscribers, it'll work like anything else - if you keep everything the same then the Total Internet will remain. If for some reason you were choose to cancel your internet or go on a temporary disconnect , however you will be unable to remain a Total Internet subscriber and will not be able to rejoin Total Internet when you reinstate your Internet service.

Thanks,
Gillian

thanks for the response Gillian, I understand that you “can’t” answer all the questions. I do hope that BellMTS does keep being competitive
Also I am glad that current customers can continue to use the service.

Thank you,

Gordon

It's the sign of the times. No bundling discounts. That hurts the bottom line. Welcome to Bell! The total internet package was a great deal. No more. On to Techsavy.
