Last night and today, every time I try to watch something on TV it doesn't start. It gives me the "Press Ok to Start" and then nothing happens after pressing 'Ok'. The recordings don't play either. And it's giving me a 'Page Load Error', Code 0. I just want to know what's wrong with it.
That error can be generated by a few different issues. You can start with a basic reboot of the box, if you haven't already done so. If the issue persists however you'll want to talk to our tech support crew, they are available 24/7 and can investigate the account and equipment to determine the problem.
"Never underestimate the power of reboot.".....I read that somewhere, I don't recall where, many years ago. It holds very true. Could also be a pvr prob. Easy fix is what it sounds to me, and the tech on the other end of the phone line.....by the time your call-visit is done, the problem is usually pretty much nailed down by the tech and yourself. The couple of times I have seen a page load error it isn't when trying to watch a live channel. Can you clarify if this was a live channel, something you had recorded, or one of the on-demand programs?
