Just wanted to say thanks for taking my call today. I called just before you closed your billing department today and the nice lady took my call even though I was connected after 6pm. That is good service. If it were any other company I'm sure I would have been disconnected or hung up on.
Are you actually gratefully thanking a billing department that took your call at 6 pm.? Really? You pay for 24hr/day cellular, you should minimally expect 24hr/day customer service. Other companies provide it, why not MTS?
Without a country-wide footprint, like many of our competitors, we do need to operate as efficiently as possible. We monitor call volumes and are always analyzing how to better the customer experience and balance operational costs at the same time. Looks like we got it right this time for you. Hooray! :)
