Tech Support Problems

Okay, 
Lets list all of this out before I’m told that one of these things is my problem.

It seems that evening tech support is no longer reachable.  I have made multiple attempts to contact through both live chat and phone support.  

I have tried using both my personal account and business account numbers with no success.  Neither account has any billing issues, I am having purely technical problems.  

Searching for similar support topics shows no information on this problem outside of representatives saying that there is no problem.  

Every attempt at phone support is met with an "our office is now closed" automated message.

So I am requesting straight answers to two questions. 

Do you still have 24/7 technical support?
If so, are you dealing with the issue of it being unreachable by multiple customers?

Hi Justin,
Sorry to hear that your having so many issues getting through to us.  I can confirm 100% that we do have 24/7 technical support over the phone.  Our webchat however is only available from 8am to 10pm during the week and 8 to 8 on the weekends.  Usually if you are having troubles getting through it could mean that something is up with the account that is causing the calls to be re-routed.  This could be an error on the account or who knows.  What time are you trying to get through? Have you tried calling during regular business hours to see if you get through that way?  Maybe to see if there is an issue with the account that needs to be addressed?
