Lets list all of this out before I’m told that one of these things is my problem.
It seems that evening tech support is no longer reachable. I have made multiple attempts to contact through both live chat and phone support.
I have tried using both my personal account and business account numbers with no success. Neither account has any billing issues, I am having purely technical problems.
Searching for similar support topics shows no information on this problem outside of representatives saying that there is no problem.
Every attempt at phone support is met with an "our office is now closed" automated message.
So I am requesting straight answers to two questions.
Do you still have 24/7 technical support?
If so, are you dealing with the issue of it being unreachable by multiple customers?
