Today I called MTS Billing department to complain about paying $63.00 for internet service that is terrible and barely usable after 6pm until after midnight. I was told I will receive a credit for the last 4 months. The credit made me feel a little better about the poor service but I still need to know when the St Francois exchange will be upgraded to provide the internet speeds that I am billed for? The MTS service rep at my house told me 1 to 2 weeks? I also requested a telephone call from his supervisor which I never received.
