Hey Liam, All the recommendations above are great. I would definitely suggest trying multiple speed tests to try and rule out a bad test site, or a false negative result. Another thing you can try is a simple power cycle of your RG. This can be done just my unplugging and plugging it back in. If that doesn't yield any results or if this has been attempted and the issue is continuing your best bet would be to give our technical support group a call. They can help investigate the situation, determine if the problem is related to an area issue, if it can be resolved over the phone or if a technician visit may be required. Hopefully this turns out to be an easy fix for you, but if not we can certainly work with you to get your speeds back up to where they should be.
