Services cancellation (moving out of the province)

In about 2 months (mid-June) I will be moving out of the province.
Now I am on Total Internet with the contract that ends in July.
Could you guy please advise what would be the best (read: cheapest and painless) scenario for me to cancel the services.
So far the plan is to cancel Home Internet somewhere in May and then cancel Wireless in June (right before leaving Manitoba). Are the any hidden pitfalls I should be aware of?

It might be possible to transfer wireless service to Bell rather than terminating it and paying out your device

CoryB, good point! I didn't think about this option.
Can anybody from official reps here confirm?

So asked the rep at the River-Osborne location and was told that switching to Bell means terminating the contract.
Now considering Bell's competitors (wireless) since they offer better value for money options.

Got one more question and don't want to create a new topic.
Does porting out the number automatically terminate the contract?
Would appreciate if some of the reps could answer

Not an employee but as a customer my experience is porting out a nun er terminates a contract
