Say, my home is having technical issues with Phone and Internet Wifi. Is there any way you guys can quickly resolve this issue?

The issue occurred this morning from last night's storm. I never expected any BellMTS issues here.

Hey Brad,
If you are having troubles with your services your best bet is to contact our technical support group.  They can help look into the issue and with any luck resolve it right over the phone with you.  If the trouble is more severe then they would have to book an appointment for someone to come take a look in person.  You can reach them by calling 204-225-5687 or via webchat at bellmts.ca/support if you have alternate access to the Internet.

thanks for your confidence in me Brad but I don't work for BellMTS.    Best bet for service outage restoration is to cal 611 or 204-call-mts (204-225-5687) and open up a ticket with them.

That's okay. I'll take Jeremy's advice. Also, I keep receiving this voicemail: +1-204-287-2800. I do believe that it's a scam. Is it scam or legit?

Quick online search shows it could be coming from a call center as there were reports about being asked questions on legal drinking age left as a message.  Probably you can ignore and delete when you get them.

Thanks, Clifford! I appreciate it! I almost though it was a BellMTS scam.

My home phone is still acting up. My mom says it's intermittent.

Rain tends to bring out issues that may not normally be present.  A little moisture in the lines can cause anything from noise on the line to no dial tone at all.  It's tough to diagnose sometimes as the trouble goes away when it dries up.  Still worth looking into though.

You're right, Jeremy. Are you guys aware of this issue and working to resolve it?

A trouble like this unfortunately has to be handled on a case by case basis as there is no way to diagnose all lines that are affected.  We don't know of an issue until it's reported, and on top of that we don't know if moisture is the issue until a tech goes out.  I was only able to make a guess from the timeline you mentioned, our beautiful weather as of late and my years of experience taking these types of calls.  I'm certain a tech dispatched will be able to take care of this particular case for you though.

I understand. The issue's happening again due to an early morning storm, which is not one of my expectations.
