I there, I was wondering what type of return/exchange policy MTS has when you purchase a new phone?

Okay, thanks Andrew. I guess I'm over those limits already.

Technically there is no set limit on the amount of times you can exchange this, however this is left up to the Store's discretion as they are the ones canceling the contract, returning the device, issuing the restocking charge, and then setting up a new contract and new device.

We would hope you are happy with your device the first time, however if you opt for a different device then we'll certainly look to accommodate this change if it is within the time frame.

However if this becomes an ongoing issue and evolves into a concern, the Store as the right to decline this.
This is extremely rare though that subscribers will want to do this as most folks use the demo models to try out the phones in store, or read reviews online, or check out a friend's phone.

If you are having hardware issues there is a 30 day manufacturer's warranty on the device, or if the device is damaged, lost/stolen we do offer protection plans as well which can exchange this for the same model.

I thought that the manufacturers warranty was a year not 30 days?

That 50 mb of data is a joke. When you first get an android and setup google play and Gmail. It starts updating the phones apps and bam 50mb used before you leave the store.
