Register account in MyAccount app - can't view my bill

i was registered in MyAccount app but whenever I am going to log in it will take me to the Register Account, but when I was trying to register AGAIN it will says that I have been already signed up. I can't view my bills or anything in MyAccount.

It sounds like you might be using the wrong username to log in. Can you please email your account number and the username you are logging in with to community@mts.ca  and I can look into it for you from there?
