Hi Sherri, just this week we had an issue with our guide from our provider having some incorrect information that did cause and may continue to cause a few issues like missed recordings.
We did send out a couple tweets explaining the problem.
I am not sure if that is related to your issue or not. If it was happening before this week i suspect it isn't related. We would need some further details around the show name, channel, time of recording and then we can see if there is an issue in the guide with respect to the show ID's etc.
