Hi Gerry,

You would have to share what was in the body of the e-mail, without that it's hard to say. If the email asked you to share any sort of personal information via the internet then it probably is a hoax and you should delete the email immediately.

Tennille:   If it is the real migration notification, what is happening with the conversions that are due  soon, as I see on the service status page the status displays show the migration tools is still off line?

I was lucky as I had a Nov 30 account removal date and did my conversion at the end of Oct before the tool was taken down.

Would MTS still be sending out the conversion emails with no way to run the conversion?

Good morning Clifford!

No, there shouldn't be any conversion emails going out without the migration tool up and running.
If someone got a conversion email and there was a deadline on it, there would be no repercussions of them not migrating by that date. They would be able to migrate once the page was back up and running.
I hope that helps!

Tennille :)
