Really slow connection

I have used MTS internet connection for a moth. But the promble began a week ago. My connection was becoming really slow even sometimes the modem turn off by itself. My TV signal always loss, anyshows i watch it is not constant and absolutely run stop run stop again and again
I need a direct number to complain about it. The number that is on the web is complex, dial 1 2 3 etc.

there is no direct number  for support, you do have to go through the menu to get to the right area.

There are a few other ways to contact MTS here:   https://www3.mts.ca/mts/contact+us

The online chat available from a pc/laptop or using twitter from a mobile device would let you talk to somebody tonight or on the weekend.

Not sure what the reply time is if you use the email contact form is.

Sorry to hear your having such troubles.  A simple fix you can attempt on your own if you haven't done so already is to unplug the power from your MTS RG, this would be the bigger black box labeled Pace, and plug it back in.  If this doesn't resolve the issue then definitely you want to call technical support to have someone investigate.  Clifford is correct as there is no direct line to them and you have to go through the prompts to ensure you get to the right department.  To get to technical support for internet you would press 3, 3, enter your account number or press *, if you press * then you will have to enter your home phone number, then press 0.
