PVR Pixalization

Why after 5 tech visits, 3 of which were from senior tech's am I still having pvr issues with it freezing during play back. what is worse is you phone to speak to a supervisor for issues you have been having for 2 months, wait on hold for an hour to hear no one is available and they will get one to call you right, back, been over 2 hours and nothing. starting to feel like a customer who is not valued
