Pre Paid Card "Top Up Card" payment not working!

Using your mts pre paid my account "Top up Account" link, I am unable to make ANY purchase. When I attempt to add credit card information, it wrongfully says "Invalid credit card information or system difficulty, please double check and try it agian". If choosing the "Interac Online" payment option, I get "Under Construction".  I have NO way to make a payment and have no desire to go to a store and buy a new card every time that I want to make a payment! In this day and age, not having a working online payment system is ridiculous. When are you going to fix it or do I just need to go to another carrier actually that has a working system?

Hey Wally,
Sorry to hear your having so many issues with your prepaid online account.  If it's giving you so much hassle there are other options.  You can make payments via the #TALK option.  You simply dial #TALK on your prepaid device and it gives you options to manage your account in there, you could also call in to have a payment processed.  If you do call in they may be able to help look into your online account with you as well.  It could be a site issue, or a browser issue or possibly even an account issue.

Not helpfull at all! There were no working options available with the #TALK option. After 15 minutes on hold, I was told that Visa debit bank cards are not accepted and that the "Interac Online" option has not been implemented yet. Since no working online options are available to me, I am now supposed to go buy a gift card every time that I want to top up my balance. Very poor service! The competition is really looking more attractive every day!
