Pre authorized payment

Hi. I just got this mobile plan last july and i received my online bill and i am confused why it wasn't charged in my credit card when i signed up for pre authorized payment when i applied this mobile plan. The due date is today.

Your best bet is to call MTS and talk to the cell billing people.  204-CALL-MTS (204-225-5687)

Their hours are 8 am -6 pm so you won't be able to contact them until Tuesday now.

I am not sure if the wireless chat people are going to be able to help but they are online until 8pm
