Poorest customer service EVER!! I have been with MTS for over 3 yrs and just recently cancelled in May. Just sent me a collections notice Dated Dec 22 that I have an outstanding balance!? I call them and ask them why I am being billed, telling them I would have paid my final bill upon returning the equipment. They state they did not receive the full balance yet tell me that I am responsible to pay for it after they let me incur late fees. Escalate the call to a manager who keeps me on the phone for over 30 min discussing my situation. And then is only willing to credit me 25$ for THEY'RE error. And would not escalate further as she states there is no one else to speak with. BS I just finally hung up and paid for my bill. WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They should have a clause stating that if they screw up they should waive fees.
