Poor to no reception

We have had MTS cell phones since the 90s. We have no landline. We live 5 miles south of Beausejour and 5 miles east of Hwy 302. We have purchased a booster for each phone and had phone service until the end of May 2014. Then our phone reception disappeared!!! We had the phones checked and the boosters checked. All are OK. We were told by MTS Connect in Beausejour , by a representative on the phone and by our MLA who investigated, that MTS was working on the towers. Well the situation has persisted for over 5 months and we are getting no answers and no service BUT we do get out bills regularily with no compensation for having no reception. Does someone have to be injured or dead before the situation is fixed?

Official Response
Thanks for your inquiry Chuck, please send me your impacted phone numbers to community@mts.ca and we can look at the technical details.

I will also try and track down your ticket from when you discussed with our Care team to get some history on what has been communicated.

5 months is a long time to be with no service.

Thanks again.
