We have had poor phone service since June 9-very crackly, noisy and sometimes lost calls. When it rained June 14-15 -no phone service. Contacted MTS and service call June 17 -all is well but still crackly so we were told. Then rained June 18-June 19 and now no service. Chatted in but informed tech said cable department needs to replace components. Then wait but this time phone service none existent even in nice weather of June 20-21. Still waiting today June 22. This is extremely annoying and very poor customer service. tv has been losing signal many times but still works most of the time.
