Poor service inside house

Hello, I've had my iPhone 5 through MTS since the day it was released. In 2012 when LTE was released, I had no issues connecting while in my house, located in transcona.

For the past few months however, my connection while in the house, and even just outside, there seems to be almost no connection at all, to the point where I'm always having to use my wifi connection, which I've never had to do before.

I have also enclosed a picture of my speed test, which I have just performed. You can see there are 2 decent results, which were performed outside at the Regent and Lagimodiere area. The others are done inside my house, and I used to get the same results inside as outside.

Hey Jason,
That is certainly not normal to see such a significant drop is speed.  If you were previously getting good service and it has dropped so steeply I would certainly give our tech support group a call.  They can run through some troubleshooting and even send up a ticket to investigate what, if anything, has changed in the area.  I suspect the towers may have been adjusted for load but that is just a guess.
