I was planning to return my phone within the 15 days, but now it has a small crack on the edge because while talking on my phone in the vehicle (I was a passenger) it fell and got the crack. Can it still be returned?

Normally the decision to accept the return is up to the Store that you purchased the device from/signed the contract at and the device needs to be taken back to that store. They will check it over and a restocking fee may be applied.
