My family just moved to Narol and we stayed with MTS, but while their plan advertises "up to" 7 Mbps, we're getting around 100Kbps down during peak hours (7-midnight), and that's if we can get on at all...is this considered normal? If so, it definitely hasn't been as advertised.

Hi Jon,

That doesn't sound good at all. Can you email your account info to community@mts.ca so we can look into it?

Very interesting I see this so much on here. I have MTS internet in Winnipeg and my cottage in rural Manitoba, and I get a great constant speed all the time.
