Paying full price for Internet even with constant service interruptions

Why do I have to pay full price every month for Internet when there are multiple instances every month where the service messes up or flat out doesn't work

What type of problem are you having?  I don't have any issues with the MTS internet service.  It always seem to be up and working properly when I use it.

have you talked to MTS tech support and what are they saying?

He could be referring to wireless data. There's been some problems last week but I haven't noticed any issues since Friday. I would try contacting MTS again the support teams can be reached by phone 24 hours a day at 204-225-5687 or online at

The issue is too layered to cover without more details. For example we do not know if it is wired or wireless, urban or rural, etc. The issue being intermittent though strongly suggests they need to contact technical support.
