paying for a service we're not getting....

We've been paying for highspeed for a long time and not even getting the 'lite' up/down speeds...what can MTS to fix this? I am not willing to restart my router 6 times a day or have anyone from MTS tell me that 'fiber optics might be available someday'. That is not a fix..that is a dance around answering the question. MTS is our only options...but i'm kinda done paying for a service you can even provide. Answers please???

Hi Sherri,

What kind of speeds are you getting?  When you say you have to "reset" is this because the connection goes down or just gets very very slow?  This definitely sounds like a technical problem that would be something we would be able to look into for you.  Have you spoken to our technical support group?  This sounds like something our technicians could take care of for you.
