We've been paying for highspeed for a long time and not even getting the 'lite' up/down speeds...what can MTS to fix this? I am not willing to restart my router 6 times a day or have anyone from MTS tell me that 'fiber optics might be available someday'. That is not a fix..that is a dance around answering the question. MTS is our only options...but i'm kinda done paying for a service you can even provide. Answers please???
