We have just moved, and just set up internet and new cell phones on unlimited data plans. our first bill came through, and you overcharged us by $48.66 for various services. The first time I called most of those over charges were removed, but we still have a $10 charge for a gigabyte of data, when we have unlimited data plans. When I noticed minutes later I called back, and the 10 minute phone call did absolutely nothing, the MTS staff member on the other end of the line didn't even seem to be listening to what I was saying, and we are still overcharged $10.00 for data on an unlimited data plan. If the overcharge is still there tomorrow I will be calling back again, incredibly irritated.
