I have recently switched from Live back to MTSmail. For some reason, only some items that I see via webmail are downloading to my computer (using Mail on a MacBook). Any suggestions as to what I need to do / adjust / reset?
Hey Glenn, Sorry to hear you are having issues with the new mail system syncing with your Mac Mail client. Off the top of my head I can't really think of anything that would cause some mail to download but not others, except for filtering or rules setup in the Mac Mail itself. These clients can sometimes be a little finicky and need a little tweaking to get functioning just right. This is certainly something our tech support staff can help you investigate as it would require some settings checking on both the Mac Mail and possibly on the MTSmail website as well.
