No internet service whatsoever from MTS in Stonewall. Been out all morning. Can't call support because they of course aren't open on Saturday. If you don't want to answer calls about why nothing works maybe stop doing your upgrades on days when you have no customer service. No notice regarding outage. I want my account credited.
I go thru the automated questions. Get to Internet technical help. They ask for my account number and phone number on the account. After I give it I get the usual call will be monitored for quality control then a repeating message telling me to call back during regular office hours. My phone number is 2044675084. Anyone from the tech team can call me to explain but I clearly can't get thru to them.
