No internet service in Stonewall

No internet service whatsoever from MTS in Stonewall. Been out all morning. Can't call support because they of course aren't open on Saturday. If you don't want to answer calls about why nothing works maybe stop doing your upgrades on days when you have no customer service. No notice regarding outage. I want my account credited.

Your joking. I've called that number 3 times and every time I get to the Internet technical support it tells me all offices are closed and I can call back during regular hours. Absolutely zero help. Thanks.

I go thru the automated questions. Get to Internet technical help. They ask for my account number and phone number on the account. After I give it I get the usual call will be monitored for quality control then a repeating message telling me to call back during regular office hours. My phone number is 2044675084. Anyone from the tech team can call me to explain but I clearly can't get thru to them.

I get nothing regarding an option to chat with a rep. Could it be because I'm using my IPhone to view the webpage? I can't access it on my computer.

correct - web chat does not work from a mobile device.  If you have Twitter you can contact the same people @MTShelps.

Oh, my apologies.  Yes that would certainly be an issue.  The chat option is not available on iPhones.

That's pretty dumb that the call automatically gets routed to a closed department if there are certain issues on the account. This isn't the first time I've heard of that, you guys should really change that setup.

The only reason I can think of is why a call would route to a different department would be if the account is over-due. I have heard of a few telecom companies that do that - some even will route all telephone calls to billing when your trying to call someone.
